Refund policy

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at tere28@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the return mailing address.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your item has been received and whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Eligibility
Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition with original tags attached.

Exceptions
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.
