Refund policy

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

New Items: Must be returned in their original purchased condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached to the item.

Pre-Owned Items: Must be returned in the same condition as received, free of any new damage, stains, odors, or signs of additional wear. Any LauTer650 identification tag attached at shipment must remain attached for the item to qualify for a return.

Return Process
To start a return, contact us at tere628@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the return mailing address.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that your item has been received and whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery and meeting the return-condition requirements above.

Exceptions
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.
